Terms and Conditions for ticket holders

Non-Refundable Tickets

All ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for this event are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event of a cancellation by the organizer. In such a case, the organizer will provide specific instructions regarding refunds or rescheduling.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are transferable on a person-to-person basis. The ticket purchaser may transfer their ticket to another individual if they are unable to attend the event. However, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to communicate any changes to the organizer in advance, providing the full name and contact details of the new ticket holder.

Event Entry

Each attendee must present their ticket (printed or digital) along with a valid form of identification that matches the name on the ticket. For transferred tickets, the new ticket holder must also provide identification matching the information provided to the organizer.

Liability Waiver

The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the date, time, venue, or lineup, with prior notice provided to ticket holders.

Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others and comply with all rules set forth by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these terms without refund or compensation.

Media Release

By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Media Consent

I understand that The Bless Collective, its partners, affiliates, and representatives may capture photographs, video, and audio recordings during this event. These recordings may include images or footage of me, my voice, and/or likeness.

*Please note that we will honor all guest privacy and ask for additional release for anything captured during ministry and receiving from Jesus.

Usage Rights

I grant The Bless Collective full permission to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such media content for purposes that include but are not limited to:

  • Marketing and promotional campaigns

  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

  • Website content

  • Event recaps and highlight reels

  • Printed and digital materials

This permission is granted without compensation and extends to any format, platform, or media type now known or developed in the future.

Release of Liability (Media)

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I release The Bless Collective from any liability in connection with the use of such media, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights or publicity.

Opt-Out Option

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand it is my responsibility to notify the event staff upon arrival. Reasonable efforts will be made to respect my request, but I understand that The Bless Collective cannot guarantee complete exclusion in group settings or wide-angle shots.

Media Consent (personal)

It is requested that no media be captured during the time of ministry. I understand that The Bless Collective, its partners, affiliates, and representatives may request that any photographs, video, or audio recordings captured without consent during this event be removed from any public platform and cease sharing in any form immediately.

 

Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

In consideration of participating in any services, events, or programs provided by The Bless Collective and Dana Lyn, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue or hold liable Dana Lyn, The Bless Collective, their sponsors, speakers, partners, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, staff, or any entities connected to these persons, businesses, or organizations for any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to participation in such services or events.

 

1. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

I acknowledge and understand that the information shared during The Bless Collective and Encounter events and all related services—including teachings, recommendations, and prophetic ministry—are spiritual in nature. They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and should not be confused as such.

 

2. Limitation of Liability

Neither Dana Lyn nor The Bless Collective shall be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages that may result from:

  • Participation in any event, session, or program,

  • Reliance on any teaching, recommendation, or prophetic word shared,

  • Personal decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation, or

  • Any injuries, losses, or damages (economic, emotional, physical, or spiritual) sustained during or after involvement with The Bless Collective events or services.
     

3. Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible and accountable for my own decisions, actions, and results in life, ministry, business, health, and relationships. By participating in this event or program, I voluntarily agree not to hold Dana Lyn, The Bless Collective, or their affiliates liable for any outcomes I may experience at any time, under any circumstances.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including the Media Release clause and the Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement clause.
